Dedicated to Macy

On Saturday, we took Macy to the groomers for a much needed hair cut. She looks so cute. She actually looks like she has lost 10 pounds...it is amazing what a hair cut will do. I played with the camera some. Macy enjoyed posing for me.

Our Trip to D.C.

We went to Washington DC this weekend. We had the best time. On Friday we enjoyed Chinese massages and lots of shopping in Potomac Mills. We ate at a great Thai restaurant on Friday night and enjoyed the night life of Alexandria. Saturday morning we got up early and headed to DC. Can I say that it was sooooooo COLD!! It actual snowed. It was so much fun. We went to the Smithsonian, the Washington monument, and to the Holocaust museum. The Holocaust museum was very eye opening but I really enjoyed it. We ended up leaving early because it was snowing so much.

It was snowing so hard.

Josh and I at the Washington Monument.

Busy

Josh and I have been really busy!!! Where do I begin. We have had several people interested in our house. We stand firm that our house is SOLD in Jesus name. We have found the most adorable yet big house in Wilson that Josh and I are going to place a offer on, once ours goes under contract. Which should be soon. We have been super busy with church. I am participating in "I Lost it at Church" we are having aerobic classes twice a week. I have also been working out at the Regancy with my dear friend Charity. So to answer everyone's question....I am still dieting. Yeah for me. This weekend we are off to Washington D.C. which is going to be so much fun!! I can't wait. God is doing amazing things in our life and at church. Well, I am off to "I lost it at church"

Purple kitchen and new light fixtures

Isn't she beatiful!!

Josh installed the light fixture and mirror.

He also got a new lens for his camera.

On Friday, I got the urge to paint the kitchen since it is the only room we haven't updated. I got the paint which was supposed to be a vintage grey but turned out to be purple. After many trips to Lowe's this weekend it is still purple. The kitchen has been the least favorite room of our house. It still have the orginal stove which works better than any stove I have ever cooked on. The countertops are still very questionable which is why we were going to paint the walls grey. The purple is really is growing on me though. I figured the lovely couple that is going to purchase our house would love it. I almost forgot. Josh put in a new light fixture, mirror, and exhaust fan in our bathroom all by himself. I was very impressed. He did a great job. We finally got power on to the rest of our house Sunday night.

FOR SALE!!!

We are so excited about what God has in store for our life in the next year. Josh and I are expecting God to do great things in our life and our families' lives in the upcoming year. God truly blessed us with a wonderful opportunity to show ourselves faithful with the house we are living in now. We have diligently worked on it and had a great time doing it. Therefore, we feel that is it time to let a new couple enjoy this house as we have. After much prayer and fasting Josh and I are going to be building a house or purchasing a new house in the Wilson area. We love and adore our first home but it is getting smaller by the day...no by the minute!!! Not to mention Macy needs a place where she can do her business without having to have a pooper scooper. We can't wait to see how God works things out. Be praying for us and our house to sell.

Decorations to the Curb!!!

Today we took down all the Christmas decorations and cleaned up the house. Josh worked on a new wedding album he is promoting and I did house work. I enjoyed a nap this afternoon. So today I started back on my diet. I had been doing so good until I sampled Grandma's cooking. Josh "started" today. We will see how that goes. I exercised tonight while he watched a movie. More updates to come on the diet...............

Merry Christmas!!

Josh and his parents. After enjoying two days in Greensboro with my family. We headed home Sunday night to enjoy a great time with Josh's parents.
Mom's sister Debbie is on the left and her daughter Kim is on the right.

After enjoying good food and family fun we headed over to my other grandma's house in Thomasville. By the time we got there grandma was full and ready for a nap.

Christmas #2

We enjoyed Christmas tonight with my dad. We had lots of food and opened gifts. We enjoyed watching Anna and Kara Heath's twin girls. They are the sweetest babies and are the joy of our family.

How sweet.....
Debbie turning off the phone that Kara carried around all night. Someone finally decided to unplug it after she kept calling dad's cell phone.
Jessica and Seth
Dad bought the girls 58 barney tapes for Christmas. He purchased them off of e-bay. As you can see they love barney.

They got Barbie bikes from Dad. They enjoyed putting objects in the seat.
They are adorable .

Christmas #1

On Saturday I enjoyed a wonderful time with John and Mom. We had lots of food and opened presents. My grandmother was here from Greensboro. I enjoyed having her here so much. It was like old times. Mom cooked lots of food and had the house decorated beautiful. I didn't have the camera because Josh was in Georgia with it. We had a great time.

Road Trip

Josh, his dad, brother, papa, and Elic went on a road trip last weekend to Savannah, Georgia. They enjoyed hanging out in his papa's new RV and exploring the World War II museum. Josh had a lot of fun hanging out with the boys.
