Weekend at the beach

This weekend Josh and I went to Wilmington to watch Jared run and take care of a few other things. It was a beautiful weekend. We enjoyed hanging out with his parents and the Fernandez crew. We enjoyed the time we got to spend with everyone. We hate we didn't get to spend much time with everyone. Jared let us stay in his room at the condo. Thanks Jared!!

Friday night we went to eat at Longhorn with Josh's parents. We had a fantastic meal. Josh and I took Jared back to his condo...we had the mini packed with stuff for the weekend...so Josh, Jared, and I all rode in the front seat. It was a tight ride but we made it.

Friday night, Josh and I stopped by Mom and John's to see them and the girls. Heath and Paige went out on date so they had the girls. We played hide and seek and......

Tuesday night was our last night at New Beginnings. God has opened up an amazing door for Josh to now work as a Worship Leader. We are excited about the new doors opening up but sad to leave New Beginnings. We have learned so much being under Pastor Israel and Rachel. Josh and I have grown in many areas. We can't wait to see what God is going to do in our lives and at New Beginnings. They gave us a wonderful going away party and prayed the best prayer that has ever been prayed over us!!

Macy has not had a picture up here in a while so I thought this week was a great week to add her in. She got a haircut. They put bows in her hair. They stayed in for all of 10 minutes before she was shaking her head to get them off.

Busy weekend

Saturday, Josh and I slept in and straightened up the house. We went to Campus Harvest a conference Josh attended when he was in college. They have amazing worship!! Josh and I like to attend Kings Park church when we can on Wednesday nights. They have a great worship team and it is a great time for Josh to enjoy soaking up the presence of God. Josh is always playing the keyboard so when we can we go to conferences.





Sunday, we had open house. Dad and Debbie came by and kept us company during it. Josh and I really enjoyed them hanging out with us. Dad and Debbie even played the part of interested buyers when we had visitors. We had lots of fun. :)

Friday night

Friday night Josh and I went to mom and John's for dinner.
We heard stories of their cruise. We ate and enjoyed playing with the girls. They are always lots of fun. They are growing up so fast.

John and Mom brought Heath and Josh lava magnets from their cruise. Friday night everyone tested the strength of them. John found they made good earrings.

Happy Birthday!!!

Tonight, Josh and I went to Cracker Barrel to celebrate many birthdays. Today is Josh's mom's birthday. This week was/is Josh's grandmother, grandfather, Aunt Rachel, and Uncle Corbin's birthday. Lots of birthdays in one week. We had a great time with everyone and hope that everyone had a very blessed birthday.

Happy Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day...Josh and I went to our favorite resturant "Mama Mia's" and came home to watch a movie. We were both exhausted from the long work week and just wanted to be home. We had a great time just being together. Things have been rather crazy lately so we both enjoyed sitting down and being together. We hope all the love birds out there had a great love day!!

Sunday....

On Sunday......We went to church and had open house. We had a lot a good turn out. I am really ready for this house to sell. Keeping it extremely clean gets difficult and tiring.

We also went to David and Susan's to see Ava. They have the most precious little girl. Their nursery is very cute. We enjoyed getting to see all of them. They are the sweetest family. Thanks for letting us come over. Afterwards, we both went home and crashed on the couch. I was sick all week with a nasty cold. We were tired from church and open house today.

Party Time

Saturday night, Josh and I went to Greenville to celebrate Jeremy's birthday. He was in our youth group at Nashville and some how knows our friends that live in Greenville. Small world!?! We had a great time. Jeremy was lots of entertainment. The pictures explain how our night went. As always we enjoyed hanging out the the "Greenville group."

Swing

Here is my new swing....Josh did a great job hanging it. We hope it will make the house sell faster. We both enjoy swinging on it. At night, we wrap up and go sit and swing and enjoy each other. That is my favorite part of our day.

Family get together

We went over to my mom's a few weekends ago. Josh and I have been really bad about taking pictures lately...We enjoyed talking and eating. Anna and Kara played dressup and babies. All the fun girly stuff.

This weekend

Sorry, no pictures from this weekend. We forgot the camera. Friday, Josh and I spent most of the day cleaning...getting ready for open house on Sunday. We are going to start back having them every Sunday. UGH...We are aggressively trying to sell the house. :)

Saturday, Josh and I went to Rocky Mount to run a few errands. We ate lunch with Josh's parents and stopped by my mom's on the way home.

Sunday, we ate dinner with my dad. Heath and Josh had a great time together. I played with Anna and Kara for most of the night. They have a great imagination!!

We had a great weekend. We had the opportunity to spend time with all of our family!! That is always nice. Josh put up our swing...which we have enjoyed everyday. We swing everynight. I know it is crazy considering how cold it has been.

Ava Lynn Pitts

On January 17th, David and Susan became the proud parents of Ava Lynn Pitts. I will have to say she is absolutely adorable!!! We are very happy and excited for David and Susan. They are going to be great parents!!

Jason Upton

Last Saturday and Sunday we were honored to have Jason Upton at our church. He is an awesome worship leader and speaker. We had a great time with him.

A couple weeks ago, Pastor Rachel and I had a baby shower for Susan Pitts. She was unable to come....therefore David took her place. We had a fun night of games, food, and of course presents. We missed having Susan there. David was a good sport about it. We had some of the guys from church come out for support.

Yesterday, Josh and I cleaned out closets and came across some of Macy's clothes. The moment she smelled them she started barking...this meaning she wanted to wear it. Josh put her shirt on her...she was like a different dog!!! She was very calm and relaxed!! Here she is posing for the camera.

Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year everyone!!! We had a comedian at church and then went to an After Party at Pastor's house. We played the game Apple to Apples. It can be rather humorous!! You should try it. We pray blessings and prosperity on everyone this year!!~

It is a NewBeginnings tradition to have cheesecake on New Years. This year was no different.
